Terms and Conditions of our Home Visit Service 

The minimum hourly service fee is £55.00 plus VAT. Thereafter all work carried out will be charged at half hour slots of £27.50 plus VAT each.

If the PC is to be taken away for repairs then all work will be charged at our standard rates.

If the customer is within the catchment area there is no travel time added. To find out our call out charges outside our catchment area please call 01732 850 630.

If the engineer is able to resolve the problem or affect the repair, but is only prevented from doing so by the customer requesting the engineer not to proceed with the work, then the customer is charged for the engineer's time spent to that point.

 If the engineer is able to resolve the problem or affect the repair, but is only prevented from doing so because the customer does not possess the required software CD-ROM or Product Key, then the customer is charged for the engineer's time spent to that point

If the engineer provides a clear and precise diagnosis of a failed component and the customer decides not to proceed with the replacement of the component, then the customer is charged for the engineer's time spent to that point.

           Is your work guaranteed?
           Our work is fully guaranteed. All components are supplied new and covered by a full twelve months parts and 

           labour  warranty.

          Can I limit the job to one hours' work?
          Yes. You can choose to limit the booking to one hour and the engineer will do his very best to complete the work

           within the agreed time.

          If the repair takes only forty minutes, will I have to pay for a full hour?
          Our minimum charging period is one hour. If the repair is completed in less time than this, why not ask the

          engineer to stay for the remaining time to carry out a general PC health check or a virus scan.
